About
Brent Eck
For twenty-five years my work has been turnarounds — taking on complex businesses and rebuilding them. Most recently I was President & CEO of Metagenics, a global nutrition company I grew to more than $400 million in revenue, 1,300 employees, and 50-plus markets before a successful exit. Today I lead FoodPharma and founded Sage Healthcare.
We live in California now, but I grew up on Chicago’s North Side — and Heraldic is what keeps us tied to it. Over the last decade I’ve built a portfolio of the walk-ups I get to redesign, restore, and look after in the neighborhoods that made me. I’m a lifelong Cubs fan, a Chicagoan at heart, and the father of Charlie and Reid, for whom this is all ultimately built.
